    Key information 
    The car park is unguarded and paid, available to the clients of the Congress Centre and permanent lessees of the ICE Kraków Congress Centre space, as well as guests of ICE Kraków.

    On days when concerts are organised on the premises of ICE Kraków, we sell concert tickets for 20 PLN. The availability of the car park may be extended to one hour after the end of the last of the events.

    InfoKraków Point
    Qualified employees of the information point, fluent in several languages, will help tourists and Krakow residents plan their day in the city and provide information about tourist attractions in the region. Tickets to current cultural events in the city will also be available for purchase at the location.

    Employees will be able to suggest interesting concerts, exhibitions and original attractions for children. The new InfoKraków point will also provide free publications that promote Krakow, including Karnet, the monthly magazine showing the cultural offerings of the Małopolska region capital. Employees will also point the way to attractive-priced accommodations and convenient ways to reach the city centre.

    Openning hours of InfoKraków Point at ICE Kraków
    The InfoKraków information point is located next to the main entrance to the ICE Kraków Congress Centre. 
    In June the InfoKraków Point will be open:

    FIRST AID & PARENTS ROOM
    The first aid room is located in the foyer on level F0 near to the passenger lifts. The room is equipped with a couch, wheelchair, stretcher, infusion stand, first aid kit, as well as basic first aid equipment (bandage, dressings, etc.). If the Organiser assures medical support for the event, medical services can use this room. 
    There is a baby-changing table available and a high chair for baby feeding so the room can be used as a parent and child facility.
    MAIN & ADDITIONAL CLOAKROOM
    The cloakroom on the F0 level is located near the main entrance – there are 11 boxes marked with letters from A to K. The cloakroom has the capacity (3798) to cater simultaneously for audiences of events taking place concurrently in the Auditorium Hall and the Theatre Hall.
    The cloakroom for participants in events held in the S3 and S4 Halls is located at Entrance No. 3. The cloakroom can hold up to 759 pieces of outer clothing.
    The use of cloakroom boxes is included in the venue rental price, but not the cloakroom personnel costs. It is up to the Organiser to provide the required number of staff for the cloakrooms.
